The theater itself is great
Awesome reclining chairs, clean and spacious. The concessions, however, are just super expensive and the fried food takes a while if you order it. I do understand that movie theaters mainly profit off their concessions though.
One star. Although the seats and food were pretty good, all of the staff were horrible in their ways. I went to a 1 pm
On a weekday, as I was selecting my seat, none of the three staff members, including what I believe was the manager, could tell me which side the entrance in the theater was. The theater was empty, aside from my girlfriend. I ordered fries, and they told me it would be a little wait (we were the only customers in the theater), but I was patient. Avoiding missing the movie's start, we went in as they suggested to come back out for fries. 10-15 minutes later, I came out for my fries and nothing. Two employees watched me stand at the register in front of the desk for 10 minutes while one swept around me and the other played on their phone on the lounging chairs in the front lobby. I got fed up with missing the movie because they both saw me standing there and didn't bother to say anything or move after glancing at me a few times. I went back to the theater, where the indoor lighting was way too bright for a movie to be playing. My date ended up going out there to get her fries and water, claiming they were rude to her as well, and we needed to leave a review.
Other than that, it was clean, the food was pretty good, and prices were slightly expensive for even today's movie markup standards
I love the theater. I think the guy's name was Sebastián he had the Best customer service I've had in a very long time. Polite smiled the entire time. I've never had a bad experience with any of the staff but he was exceptional. The assistant manager amanda ive worked with before she is awesome as well.
I come here often for cinema watching, it has great selections and perfect movie snacks! Nothing bad to say, definitely coming back.
Beware the popcorn bags. They leak!
Otherwise, very comfortable chairs and clean facility.
Popcorn was slightly burnt and I didn’t care for their butter. Not sure I’ll ever return.
Gardner Cinemas are just as comfortable and their popcorn bags don’t leak.
The manager has been on a personal phone call for about an hour walking around complaining about things on the phone. We had to switch movie theaters and showings because she couldnt be bothered to get off her personal call to fix a projector problem. Please do something about this lady. Unreal levels of unprofessionalisim. It is friday october 6th at 1pm-140pm. Please review cameras.
In response to the feedback from the owner. Why was it that she was the only one not wearing a uniform (as managment usually does in smaller buissness) as well as actively went behind the counter and was walking around cleaning on her personal phone call? I also asked the employee at the counter and she seemed to be upset about it as well so she is absolutly some kind of supervisor. Nice try though.
Love going to the movies here, the recliners are like sitting in the comforts of your own home! Yummy popcorn.
Too expensive and at times dirty. The management and staff have shown signs of I don't care about attitudes. Also there is no discount for veterans/disabled as a whole.
